Features

Scan method

AF Laser is a medical device
with the mechanism of a
photochemical reaction in
the laser wavelength.

Principle of Operation

The AF Laser by SHENB is a low-level laser device using dual wavelengths
—405 nm (violet) and 635 nm (red)—to target fungal infections in and
under the toenail without damaging surrounding tissue. The 405 nm
wavelength increases reactive oxygen species (ROS), primarily hydrogen
peroxide (H₂O₂), which destroys fungal cell walls. The 635 nm wavelength
enhances ATP and nitric oxide (NO) production, supporting immune
response and blood vessel formation. The resulting ROS is converted into
cytotoxic H₂O₂, aiding in the treatment of onychomycosis.

Features

Location
Recognition
System

Its insertion into the affected area is recognized
through sensing, and the position is guided
through LED instructions, allowing streamlined
preparation for the procedure.

MECHANISM

Scan method laser irradiation

AF laser utilizes the scan method and not the rotation method, and transmits light energy to the treatment area
when two lasers with different wavelengths cross each other.

INTEGRATED CUSTOM SYSTEM

The UI allows for the use of various functions according to the user's convenience,
such as selecting the use location, adjusting the time, and customizing the UI image.

VISION CAMERA

The treatment area and location can be identified through the installed vision camera.
